Q16 FAMILY GROWS!
Q16 family is growing due to a new developed. ACP has launched to the market a Q16 with 5N torque (the standard one was 3N). This new product has been focused to the same applications, but with stronger feeling necessities, rest of the parameters can be selected as the standard Q16. ACP is already working to introduce more possibilities in Q16 portfolio, based on a flexible concept, it can offer multiple variations regarding torque, the number of detents and their distribution along the rotation angle. The main application is the program selection between different options, typically in appliances such as Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Clothes Dryers, Electric Ovens, Kitchen Robots and many others. In the Automotive field a common application would be the Rotary Air Flow Distribution Selection Switch.
ACP HAS BEEN CERTIFIED UNDER LAST QUALITY STANDARD VERSIONS ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
We are glad to inform you that ACP has received the certificate from the last quality standard versions ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. Last November we were audited by AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification) in order to get these new standards. Since September 2017, all companies have to pass the audit according these new versions, and we are proud to inform to our clients, visitors and stakeholders that we are one of the first companies which have these certificates in Spain. Our Quality Management System in ACP is based and updated on a totally documented methodology of Development and Management by Processes, risks and changes, which allows us to establish goals, developments and the life cycle of any action.
