CA9H SMD series readily available for mass production

Following the increasing market demand, ACP has tooled up the necessary equipment for mass production of the CA9H SMD potentiometer series. This SMD model has been available for a number of years only for prototype series and short production runs. All rotor configurations, standard and special resistive tracks, detents and accessories already existing for the CA9VSMD types are also valid options for the CA9HSMD models. Packaging in Tape-n-Reel is offered in two possible configurations: reels of 13 and 15 inches diameter, that can accommodate 350 and 500 pieces respectively. Samples for testing can be ordered through the normal channels.

This year is celebrating the European Year of Industrial and Technical Heritage. Tarazona Monumental Foundation FTM has organized a temporary exhibition on the occasion of this celebration, in which ACP has cooperated. This Foundation has awarded a Certificate of Recognition to our company as an active preserver of the Industrial Heritage of Tarazona. ACP was founded in Tarazona at the end of the 80s and although it has, therefore, a short history, our company is deeply rooted in Tarazona.

ACP potentiometers are available in Carbon and Cermet substrates, both in through-hole and in SMD technologies. Following the trend for surface mounting, ACP offers its complete product range in both configurations. Packaging can be in bulk or in Tape & Reel.

New rotary sensor for 150.000 cycles, RS14

The RS14 rotary sensor has 150.000cycles of mechanical life, linearity of ± 3% and 10K ohm value ± 30% tolerance in its standard configuration.

Potentiometers in 9 and 14mm with up to 38 detents

ACP presents its new potentiometers with “detent effect” for the 9 and 14mm series. The maximum number of detents available now is 38 for the 14mm series and 20 for the 9mm series, valid for both carbon and Cermet types -CA & CE-.
